  Shockingly bad experience with these guys. So far we've identified about $4000 worth of damage from this move (and still counting). They did not do the job the way we agreed, and failed to do the job that they did try to do in the time they were supposed to. They did not take care to protect floors, even after being asked to do so (repeatedly). A week after the move, we're still cataloging the damaged floors, furniture, stairs, mishandled food and other temperature sensitive items, and so on.   I can’t say enough good things about First Rate Moving & Storage!   Great experience with First-Rate Moving & Storage. Picked up our furniture Day 1 and delivered Day 2. Crew was professional and courteous. A special hats-off to Wendy, who should be deemed Tetris King. Superlative packing and no damages. Very polite group and complete gentlemen. I don't want to move again for a long long LOOOOONG time, but I would call Jay at First-Rate Moving again in a heartbeat.
