  Bad experience. I used them twice, the first time was good, the second time not so much. I had the box in storage for over a year. We received it and it had a mice infestation, with poop all over our belongings and furniture and chewed through leather bags, blankets, etc. they said in response that they perform pest control, and that’s why I have insurance. Well clearly not enough pest control and it’s not $500 worth of damage to warrant a deductible. Note that we did NOT have any cleaning products or food in the pod.   The moving experience itself gets 3 stars. The drop-off went fine. The move missed the pickup window, but got picked up on the correct date. The pick-up was terrible - they forgot to come pick it up, never picked up the phone or responded to voicemails. The customer experience brought it down to 1 star. I was surprised with a charge 1 week after dropping off the pod. After calling in, I was told that it was to "ensure the contents of the pod". These are my personal belongings, I should have the option whether to insure or not. In any case, I mentioned that the charge should at least be commun…

  It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a temporary storage unit while remodeling and having a MiBox on the property was much more convenient than renting a storage unit. It was not much of an eye sore either. The drivers were very professional on both drop off and pick up days. They placed the box exactly where I wanted it. The box was clean and everything went smoothly. I ended up keeping it for 2 months instead of one, and when I called to schedule for pick up, the process was very straightforward. Thank you for the great service you provided.

  The best pod storage solution around. It was the only company we could find with 20-foot pods and reasonable prices as well. They kept our things climate controlled for 9 months and in great shape with quick delivery too. Highly recommended.

  Great experience! Dispatch team was easy to interact with and proactively communicated with me throughout the process. Pickups and drop-offs were handled flawlessly by Ryan and Scott. This is an extremely professional outfit and has great people!
