The staff were amazing and so helpful. I have difficulty walking due to a disability and they took great care with me. The facility is spotless and the storage unit looked brand new. There were plenty of carts to move items easily. I would highly recommend renting here

I’ve been a customer here for nearly ten years, so this situation was honestly disappointing. My girlfriend and I recently upgraded to a larger unit, moving everything out of our smaller one. The original unit was completely empty, no lock, clearly vacated. I ended up being about 24 hours late in canceling before the next billing cycle, and they charged me for a full additional month anyway. What made it worse was that I received both a bill for the next month and a vacancy notice at the same time, acknowledging the unit was already empty. The person who helped me was Carol. She was very warm, attentive, and responsible. We have been renting a storage unit at RightSpace for 3 years now. We just recently added another unit and car spot. Carol has always been a huge help and extremely kind and welcoming. The units are clean and true to size. We've even been late on a few payments and as long as we communicated with Carol, things were fine. We love this place!
