  The staff were amazing and so helpful. I have difficulty walking due to a disability and they took great care with me. The facility is spotless and the storage unit looked brand new. There were plenty of carts to move items easily. I would highly recommend renting here

  I’ve been a customer here for nearly ten years, so this situation was honestly disappointing. My girlfriend and I recently upgraded to a larger unit, moving everything out of our smaller one. The original unit was completely empty, no lock, clearly vacated. I ended up being about 24 hours late in canceling before the next billing cycle, and they charged me for a full additional month anyway. What made it worse was that I received both a bill for the next month and a vacancy notice at the same time, acknowledging the unit was already empty.   When I was moving, I urgently needed to find a storage unit. The unit had to be safe, convenient, and not too expensive. So I found Right space storage through ChatGPT, and I drove there. The person who helped me was Carol. She was very warm, attentive, and responsible. She recommended a 5×10 unit to me, and this unit was convenient for moving items in and out because it had direct access.

  Great customer service from Carol with Rightspace Storage in Merrimack NH. Just leased a storage unit and can’t say enough about the place. Clean, accessible and perfect for our storage needs.

  We have been renting a storage unit at RightSpace for 3 years now. We just recently added another unit and car spot. Carol has always been a huge help and extremely kind and welcoming. The units are clean and true to size. We've even been late on a few payments and as long as we communicated with Carol, things were fine. We love this place!
