Tim’s crew helped us handle a complicated move from our condo to storage units to our new apartment which wasn’t ready for occupancy. First, the RDS charges for the 4 days that they were on site were the most reasonable and fair from all of the quotes I received from other companies. Second, his crew were fantastic! Punctual, reliable, respectful of our things and us. They made sure that our floors were covered, walls protected from accidental ‘dings’. Today we moved my mother from one assisted living facility in Bedford to a new facility in Salem. The entire moving crew was kind and patient. They worked well together and we're very respectful of everything we had them move. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. The rates were very reasonable.

I highly recommend RDS to anyone looking for a mover. From start to finish they came through with timely and reliable work. The crew worked extremely hard - and I mean really hard - they would practically run to/from the truck! Throughout they were friendly, courteous and accommodating. RDS moving was great. Their quote was more expensive than other companies I looked at, but their final quote was the same as their original. There were no additional fees tacked on at the end. We ultimately went with RDS because they'd been recommended, we knew they would do all the extras to protect our belongings, and they were friendly and thorough when they came to look at what we had to move, in order to determine a quote. From the first estimate to the last minutes of an interstate delivery, every member of the RDS team was fabulous. They took great care of our belongings (and our fragile mental state!) Being a retired military family, we’ve had to move a number of times. I wish they were all as good as this one. We highly recommend RDS. This was a complicated move and they made it seem easy.
