7/22/2023: I started renting again and it hasn't changed and it's been clean! I ended up upgrading to a 10x10 and the customer service rep was absolutely helpful! ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Nathaniel and Nicole was super helpful in getting my place setup. I had a small issue and needed to move to a new space but Nathaniel took care of the issue promptly. Very professional services that's rare to find these days. Thank you so much! The space is very clean as pictured and the gated property is a big plus. The price is awesome compared to others 👍

If you rent here you will get to know Rochester's homeless community as alot of THEM LIVE IN UNITS HERE!!! Regardless that this is a FEDERAL crime! All my belongings smell like smoke now as the tenants were smoking in their units. Cooking, sleeping. I had 4 units across Rochester and have moved all my stuff to Bluebird. It's a little more expensive but I don't have to deal with homeless people.
