  Super easy! Chris went above and beyond to make the process simple for me and was extremely friendly! I had a minor issue with the lock and he fixed it extremely fast! The pickup and drop off process was simple and extremely efficient! I was like .. that's it?!?!

  The person working at the Rochester, U-Haul facility (sorry, I forgot his name, but he definitely deserves all the appreciation) was really friendly and guided me in choosing the suitable truck and U-Box service. I will recommend this location to my friends.

  I had great customer service. The staff were professional friendly and helpful. They always have had the equipment I need ready to go.

  Worked with Matt over in this location. Very pleasant and professional! Made my experience with uhaul amazing. There are many uhaul locations local to me and I prefer to drive over an hour away to deal with Matt at this uhaul location. This is now the 2nd time dealing with him. Absolutely amazing service. I'll be back again with in the month to where I know I'll be guaranteed great service!

  I've moved four times in the last three years and each time used this U-Haul. They have been easy to work with, efficient, and the customer service is outstanding. They are more than fair and reasonable no matter what situation I've had. Hopefully I won't be moving again anytime soon, but if I have to, I will not hesitate to rent from this U-Haul location.
