The booking process was smooth, and I enjoyed working with Matt. After signing off on an agreed-upon date, however, I received a call stating the truck would arrive over 24 hours earlier than scheduled, which was immediately stressful. Pickup itself went well and the two movers were excellent and very helpful. Josh in dispatch was communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, delivery was an entirely different experience. I had multiple conversations and email confirmation that my items needed to be placed in storage for one month. While this was confirmed via email, it was not “checked off”…

This company damaged all of my son's and his GFs belongings. Their bed is broken, their furniture is stained and chipped, all of the boxes were damaged and the single guy who came to unload the items did not speak English and left all the items outside leaving my son to bring them in the house. All of this after delaying delivery by over a week. This has affected their ability to work and get settled having moved across country just to wait for their belongings. If the company does not reimburse for the damage and refund the thousands spent on hiring them there will definitely be a lawsuit.

I had a very frustrating experience with AB Moving Services and would not recommend them. To start, Greg, who handled my booking and contract, was great to work with initially—responsive and helpful. However, he never mentioned that there is a 21-day delivery window, and instead spoke as if my belongings would arrive on the specific date I requested. That ended up being very misleading as my truck was delivered 17 days after it was scheduled. Pickup itself went smoothly, but the extra charges were excessive and frustrating. Brian and his team made our move honestly way less stressful than we expected. Me and my girlfriend were relocating for work and trying to stay within a realistic budget and they worked with us the whole way through. I don’t know where to start, this company Ab moving services have been incredibly amazing. From booking to drop off it was awesome. Myself as a big guy I could have done it myself, but Ab moving services has taken the stress off my back. Communication from the company was easy to access, Cierra had such a positive attitude when i or my wife called through the move.
