The men who moved my furniture were very nice. However, they were inexperienced and left marks and small holes in my wall. They dragged my furniture up the stairs leaving black marks on many stair treads. Shelves were not taken out and were banging against the glass panes. I’m surprised they didn’t break it. I’ll have to wait and see if I get compensation for the damage. The business side was asking for full payment before the service was rendered. They also cancelled my appointment the day of and rescheduled for the next day and showed up late. I would never use this company again or recomm…

I moved from Philadelphia 19145 to 19107. My movers were James and Mike C. We had a bit of a late start, but they went above and beyond for my move. Due to the extra space in their truck, they took extra bags, a large suitcase, and a giant set of couch pieces that my friends and I would have suffered with. My new apartment building is unfortunately a maze and a pain with a tiny elevator, 4 flights of stairs to my unit, heavy doors, and many hallways. I paid them to move the lady who was squatting in my home and the movers didn’t move anything but charged me for moving everything and lied about the whole process and up charge me for 2 1/2 hours. Let me show you the pictures of the stuff that they were supposed to move that’s still in my house. When I called customer service, the guy told me that there were only two rooms on the inventory. That’s another lie because Raphael took my inventory. And I walked him through the whole house. Even if there were another room, which there wasn’t they get paid to run over.
