I moved 1 week before Christmas. I was worried the movers would be in the holiday mode & not care about doing a good job. Boy, was I wrong!! The crew were great!! They were very courteous, professional & cared about doing a wonderful job. They moved some really heavy furniture & didn't complain at all. And I can't say enough about John the owner. This is a terrible company. I highly recommend avoiding them. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I initially contacted a sales representative named Kasey, who was very pleasant to talk to but unfortunately did not provide me with accurate information about their business practices. I needed help moving my 75-year-old mother to her new home and informed Kasey that I wouldn't be able to be present during the move. Fresh start moving service was definitely the right decision. John (owner) was extremely helpful and responsive to every phone call, even returning my call when I phoned him late on a Monday which I didn't expect. Even though I requested them for a small job on a short notice they were still very kind and were able to come in just two days. The gentlemen he brought were also very nice and efficient for a very fair price. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for easy, stress-free move.
