I only happened to reserve at this location because they had the van size that I needed to move. I usually go to another location , but Mitzi and John were AMAZING! The van that I reserved was available and clean. I will definitely go back to this location when a truck is needed again. They were both so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have such pleasant interactions both before and after doing something so tiring as moving.

Quick and easy process- John the owner was very responsive when I called about a concern. I didn't get the check out guy's name (shoulder length hair with cool glasses) but there was a discrepancy and he was able to fix it without any issues. I rented from here before and would definitely do it again. The whole process of reserving and getting the U-Haul to returning it and checking out was so easy. Also reasonably priced, definitely made a difference in my move. Thank you!

I had an GREAT EXPERIENCE at this location over the weekend of 11/15. First off, entering the location it smelled great! Then walking to the counter honestly felt comfortable because the lady Mitzie had it set up all warm and welcoming. And the manager John had an great attitude on the phone and after hanging and welcoming me in while Mitzie helped me. I was shocked that I applied at this location for employment because of the Safe Haven welcome. If 10 stars was here, they most definitely earn that💯

VERY UPSET with drop off process. i picked up a 10ft on tuesday 11/11 at 3pm and was told if it was back by 7 he would help me with the drop off. i asked what to do if it was past business hours and he assured me as long as it was back by 7 he would help so there was no need to go over how to mobile drop off. i was parked in the drop off area by 6:50. it says on a sign at the drop off spot to stay in your car and they will come out to you (there’s cameras) so a minute later the same worked who i talked to earlier comes out with a trash bag. he looks at me in the running truck and goes to throw…
