The manager Floyd at our location I believe it was in Clifton, New Jersey was outstanding in every way he was helpful timely. Explain policies helped us walk through our first run in and install the lock made it feel easy and comfortable. The facility looked brand new extremely clean we felt very comfortable with it and would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Wonderful experience getting a storage unit. Floyd was extremely helpful and got us set up right away. Office is clean and neat as is the storage area. Very conveniently located.

We have used CubeSmart in Montclair to store my daughter’s dorm furniture for the last 4 years. The staff has been very helpful when setting up accounts, providing and sending the necessary information for my daughter and I to access the storage room when loading and unloading before and after she flies to and from Texas. Floyd was very patient and helped update my payment information when I could not do it online. Having the storage room so close to Montclair State University has been a bonus to a necessity we did not know we needed but am thankful we chose this location that has made the las…
