Super clean facility, and very easy to find units. I felt like everything had a good even temperature control and felt secure. Carts were easy to find and use to get things into storage. I was helping a friend move in, and heck, if I was living in the area I would probably use Prime Storage also.

I reserved a unit online at the rate listed on the website. I received an email confirming the unit and spoke to someone about the unit reserved. On the day of move in, the office was closed (a Sunday) and no one had contacted me with the code to get in even though I had signed the lease and documents. My account with the entry code and unit number was not updated until after I moved my stuff in. I was also not informed that the unit assigned to me was NOT the unit number that I had initially been told I had reserved. Great place to deal with. Very competative prices. Manager is very nice to deal with and knows the facility well. Extra staff is also very good. Also very clean and good lighting. Was able to pre-pay for several months in advanced.
