  I am still recovering from this horrible experience! Don’t do it!! Dam Pierce couldn’t be nicer on the phone. He convinced me that he could quote me a lower price because they shipped several loads In the same large trailer. Made sense to me, and I was assured that everything would be carefully packed and labeled and that he would be present at delivery to ensure that all was well.   I hired this company to move my belongings from Massachussets to Florida. The services that I requested were for a full pack and move. I paid the deposit but started packing my own belongings early as this isn't my first rodeo. The only room I left for them to pack was the kitchen. The day of the move, they showed up late without a single box or a piece of wrapping material.   It is hard to find a firm that will do partial loads so I was pleased that they would do that. Roselyn was very helpful and professional but the rest of the firm was not. They were to pick up my furniture in MA from storage and deliver it to SD. I provided them a listing of the items to be retrieved, but they failed to pick up a mattress and box spring. When the delivery was made, I asked where the missing items were and the driver said they delivered everything that was on their list and that was true.   Scammers with expired DOT license operating under this name and Green Van Lines who steal and damage the items they claim to move. They also run a scam with the tariff where they will verbally tell you that your items are fully covered when you hire them. They will instruct you to sign a waiver on the Bill of Lading on pickup in a huge rush so you don’t have time to process what you are doing. This scam leads to 60 cents per pound in coverage.   My neighbor across the street from me used this company to move, their employees have no regard for anyone else nor whether they're impeding traffic from flowing! An ambulance wouldn't even have been able to get past them & I have an elderly neighbor who has Cancer & is NOT doing that well. To make matters worse, I live on a dead end street so, there isn't another way around!
