Was a very smooth experience. Dinesh was very professional and transparent about the quote and pricing. He gave me the quotes for the 2 options I was exploring and was very patient during the whole process. Worth noting is that the professionalism was consistently maintained before and after the booking. He also indicated that the moving day crew was a team he's been working with for a while and not some temp or student hires. Jeremy, Jeffrey, and Kevin were the absolute best. The friendliest, kindest, most caring and generous, and above all, most professional movers I have ever worked with. They took care of me and my move better than I could have ever hoped for. They didn’t let up on the work until the job was 100% done. Never once complained and turned my high stress move into a stress free and pleasant situation. I will always use them and mindful moving and storage going forward. I had another great experience with Mindful Moving—this was my second time using them, and they continue to impress. Jeremy, Isiah, and Angelo were outstanding from start to finish. All three were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire move. They handled all of our furniture with great care, including carefully crating and transporting our TV, mattress, and several larger pieces without any issues. Jeff and Justin from Mindful Moving helped me with my move, and I cannot find the words to describe how good these guys were. They arrived on time and provided truly high-class service. All my furniture was carefully wrapped and packed, and nothing was damaged during the move. The team was really nice and very polite. The Crew Leader clearly explained the payment structure from the beginning, so everything was transparent - there were no hidden fees or anything that made me feel scammed.
