Can’t say enough good things about the service from Relocation Express. The crew were punctual, organised, and highly professional. They brought all packing materials and were very considered and careful in packing many antique and vintage items, and moving them out of a fifth floor walk-up. They were cheerful, skilled and calm and very reassuring; I’m moving overseas and it’s been complex but these movers have taken a great deal of the stress out of the process. Best crew I’ve ever dealt with out of at least nine moves in the US.

Jose and his team did a phenomenal job. They packaged all my items for my move. They were respectful and polite of family in the home, as they moved items. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their personal belongings taken care with expertise.

Very smooth move! The guys who came were very friendly, helpful and respectful. After a small tour in the house (they were well prepared by asking which closet for instance was for which room) they worked smoothly together and fixed it all very quick. I loved the way the worked; organized, quiet and collaboratively.

Scam!! If I could leave a 0 I would! Horrible customer service! They lied about my move-the cost and outsourcing of the the moving company. They stole my deposit and wont return my calls. They made me sign a contract while on the phone as so i was unable to read all the fine print. (* NOTE* 7 PAGE SCREENSHOT OF THE CONTRACT. for later reference) Not only was I harassed and threatened by the moving company about my terms and changing my date to accommodate the packing that was "not part of my service" that I was under the impression was part of the move.
