  The sales agent was good. The price was fair. And the movers were authentically thoughtful and generally careful. However, the company's Senior Interstate Relocation Coordinator was often short-tempered, rude, and unhelpful to the point of being intentionally obstructionist. When mistakes happened and items were damaged, the main company and the Senior Interstate Relocation Coordinator was extremely difficult to deal with.   From the time the crew walked through the door to the last box. I’ve never seen a crew work so quickly, carefully, and professionally. The move was all the way from North Jersey to East Texas and not a single scratch or broken plate. Pleasant, respectful and proficient, and I would recommend them to my mother. Not to mention a great price.

  I will begin by saying that my move was slightly complex. Two different houses were moved into long-term storage in NJ. All the details about the moves were discussed upfront and agreed to. The moves went smoothly. However, fast forward a few years when it was time to move into a new home and remove my items from storage, the company held my items hostage in storage, demanding that I pay an addition $6k+ to have the items delivered.   My interstate move was all I could have hoped for. Seamless from end to end. I’m thrilled and grateful. This was a big move with a lot of moving parts. Art, instruments, large heavy pieces some with glass fronts. Not a scratch, everything delivered and reassembled. The moving coordinator Jose, really made it stress free. Floor protection was skillfully utilized, they were consummate professionals. Big respect

  I highly recommend Reliable Van & Storage. They made my moving experience easy and worry-free. They were thorough and clear with the estimate and front expectations, they answered all my questions, and were fast at providing the COI for my new apartment building. The moving team was fantastic despite having to work in below freezing temps and at times icy pavement. The whole end to end process was professional and seamless.
