  Terrible experience. When I arrived, staff A told me that computers were slow so it would take a while, then he didn’t even ask my name. When I gave my name, he misheard me several times and gave me an inaccurate wait time based on a different reservation. I had to find my own reservation on the screens. Staff A had a question for his coworker, staff B. Staff B was chatting and shooting the breeze and didn’t notice that Staff A had a question about my order, neither of them seemed to have any sense of urgency even as the line increased.   After a very bad experience or lack of with the U-Haul in Roselle, New Jersey, which is off of Saint Georges Avenue, we came to this place. Sure it is very dirty, but the bathroom and clearly marked hand sanitizers made us "feel" that much cleaner; we suppose. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the filthy exterior and somewhat unclean interior of the rental vehicles. The self-service option with U-Haul is horrible as much as the personnel seated to watch the self storage center rather than being there to actually service you and your rental needs. ■A Quyloon Reese Report on Experiences…

  Hello—it was a good experience. The buses were clean, and the customer service staff were polite and made sure that, as a customer, I was well-informed regarding the rules to follow. Thank you.

  The location is great! The employees are very polite and professional. The customer service reps are very accommodating. They worked with me when I needed to extend my rental. Highly recommended.
