We had our Pack Rat delivered this morning and it could not have gone more smoothly. The gentleman who delivered the storage unit was professional, kind and thorough with instructions on how to use it. Compared to other similar companies, we feel the price was fair for the service provided. We’re so glad we chose Pack Rat and will recommend to anyone for their moving/storage needs!

I had an excellent experience with 1800-Packrat. The staff were super friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great experience. Prompt. The same driver was there for the drop off and the pick up both times. He was careful and friendly. This thing was a real life saver for us. It made everything so easy. I am thankful the driver was so thoughtful with placement and making sure not to damage anything, our driveway is narrow and long. Would definitely use again.

Not sure if I’ve ever had this much steam coming out of my ears. Their system of delivery appointments needs serious work. You are given a window-8am-10pm. They say driver will call you an hour before. When they picked up our box in Florida, they called us 15 mins prior to arrival. Strike one. But I was home so it wasn’t a big deal. Now I was scheduled for delivery today. Spoke with customer service once first thing to see if they had a window- no they didn’t. Then again around 3pm and they said it’s still coming today. So as I sat around- at 5pm, I decided to login. They switched my date to M…
