I rented a storage unit today, on New Year’s Eve, and received truly exceptional service. The representative, Tom, was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain all the available unit sizes and pricing options, showed me the units in person, and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs without any pressure. The entire booking process was smooth and well organized, and I genuinely felt taken care of as a customer. My experience with Nic, the manager was phenomenal. He was very nice and kind. He explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. He made me feel like extra space storage would be my home away from home.
