  So first and foremost, I want to say Christina the manager was absolutely amazing. Very polite understanding of my storage needs, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. The men that were behind the desk were nothing more than spectacular. They found me carts. They unlocked the unit. They were so professional unlike other storage companies. They all deserve a raise because the way they treat their customers is number one satisfaction and I believe that is your goal.. you will have a satisfied customer for many months to come regards Steve Monetti .

  I had an excellent customer service experience with Mario at CubeSmart Paterson yesterday (Monday, March 2). As a first-time storage renter, I had many questions, and Mario was incredibly patient. He explained the entire storage process step-by-step in both English and Spanish, ensuring every detail was clear, concise, and precise. Before suggesting a unit, he took the time to understand my specific needs to provide the best possible guidance. He helped me find the perfect storage solution that fit my requirements exactly.
