  This is the absolute BEST Uhaul store! Every single representative is very professional, helpful, and kind. They have all the supplies you could possibly need for a move, and the store is clean and well organized. They really went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. We purchased a large expandable tv box and it wouldn't fit in our jeep, so they delivered it to us same day. Every single representative at this facility alleviated our move stress with their kindness and helpful, proactive attitudes! Thank you so much for everything!!!

  The staff at the Paterson location were first rate. Professional, friendly and courteous. The checkin and checkout were seamless and the whole process was stress free! Highly recommended

  Zohdi and the office manager , were very helpful and courteous, moving it’s very stressful , but their assistance in positive kind approach made a huge difference. I’m grateful for their help and I hope that you can clone these two ladies because it’s not easy to find workers like them, that make a positive impact on the customers.
