I just wanted to take a moment and write a review about this awesome mover. I moved a 5 bedroom home from Brick to Brick 2 weeks ago with a 4 day hold over. We filled their tractor trailer to capacity. Both crews were fantastic and very accommodating. Their office staff was great as well and very understanding to possible changes that never happened. Not one item damaged as they wrapped and took care with everything. They moved fast and were very efficient. Have used Bob Plaza movers on 4 separate occasions (2 full house moves and 2 piano moves) and have been very happy each time. The price was great, the crew was professional and nothing was damaged. Have recommended them many times and know others have been happy too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They shattered my $1500 makeup vanity. They TOOK my vanity from my home and have not returned it to me… They told me it was my issue since I didn’t purchase insurance - but insurance was NEVER offered to me. They then lied to me and told me they would replace the vanity but then said it’s discontinued so they would not be able to. It’s not discontinued - I found it online and sent it to them and they refused to acknowledge it and will not replace it. I’ve been going in circles with these people since my move. Michael came to my house, assessed my possessions, and gave me a plan for storage as well. The quote was very reasonable for an out-of-state move. Mike and the crew were careful, polite, and fast. They faced some challenges with residual snow at the storage place, but they handled it professionally. I felt reassured through the whole process and I highly recommend Bob Plaza!

I highly recommend Bob Plaza Movers! They just moved us from NJ to out of state in the south and they were wonderful! (The also helped us move locally in NJ over 10 years ago and they were great then, too!) I called them in a panic because we needed help last minute. Mike was able to accommodate us, gave us an estimate that was the actual cost (did not change when services were rendered), and was so professional and kind.
