Great experience, very professional moving service! Jordan was excellent with getting me spot on quote and getting me scheduled on a very short timeline. The three movers he sent to facilitate my move were very professional and took great care of my belongings. I moved from one storage unit to another storage facility and the way that they packed the unit I was moved into was excellent.

This happened on December 11. Absolutely the WORST moving experience I have ever had. These Haitian movers were beyond rude and unprofessional from the moment they arrived. Wish I could give ZERO STARS. They openly refused to bring our furniture into the house unless they received a “good tip” first basically holding our belongings hostage after already being paid for the service. To make matters even worse, as the truck was literally about to drive off, I ran outside because I realized two pieces of furniture were missing. Our experience with Expedite Moving actually happened in 2023; we should have written a review then. I’m writing this now because my mother recently told me she received messages from the company asking for referrals to others we know. After she received a third message, I finally felt the need to write this review. This review is a long one because I have a LOT to say. I would not recommend the movers to anyone I know. I’m writing a review because this company is horrendous. I hired them last year to help with a very last-minute move and for them to pack our items and take them to a local storage unit. Not only did they not send able bodied grown men; they sent two very haphazard young folks to do the work and they ended up packing open food and putting it in boxes in my storage. Unbeknownst to me of course; that’s pure common sense to not pack open food and put it in a storage unit!
