This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. From the very first day I got a quote from them, they lied to me. They told me my container would be delivered on Wednesday the 17th between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. It was just call after call. Then they changed the time to between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Finally, my daughter called to see what was going on, and after being on the phone for over an hour, she was told it was impossible for it to arrive on the agreed-upon date. It was a pretty good experience using PODS. Able to load both containers on my time schedule. The drivers for the dropoff & o/up were courteous & professional. The reps who helped me set up everything were great! I would recommend using PODS! A bit costly but this was the way I needed to move. Definitely a consideration for one’s budget!

was so excited booking the pod online was easy and affordable! The delivery was great, Podzilla was so cool to watch 😎 but thats where the positive experience ended. The POD was filthy inside and the door was very difficult to open and shut, it was hanging on by a thread. I had to watch my bank account on what felt like a daily basis, being charged for things like uneven pavement (my POD was in a very level concrete driveway) and extra months after my pick up date. We found PODS to be a very helpful and reliable company. We moved some things from a storage unit in Florida to a home in New Jersey. Everything arrived in good shape. The drivers that dropped off the unit and subsequently picked it up were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and very respectful of our property.
