  Amazing experience! ABF U-Pack is the best. They left their trailer in my house in Colorado for 3 business days and brought all my stuff from Colorado to New York. Arriving in New York I needed a couple of extra days to unload their trailer and there was absolutely no problem with them. They gave me 3 business days and said that if I needed more I could just give them a call and they would be glad to give me a few more days extra at no additional cost, and that was so greatly appreciated.   Go big or go home! Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. They actually have customer service reps that answer the phone and give you the exact information you need. I even called at 5am and the guys at the shipping hub answered the phone and took care of me. Getting a trailer and getting all your contents shipping in one shot worked out great for me. It was a great value and very easy to load. My property was secure and safe the whole time.   I used U-Pack for my move from NYC to Florida. The company is very punctual which I greatly appreciated. My move was a piece of cake thanks to them. Fast, easy, punctual and affordable. Would highly recommend. My items were delivered the same way they came. I had a pod delivered to my home to be packed and then shipped out the same day. Excellent customer services from the customer service representatives to the drivers. Would highly recommend.

  My husband and I have used U-Pack twice now for cross country moves, and they are wonderful every step of the way! They always picked up quickly when I called the number on the website, I don't think I was on hold more than once throughout two moves. Great customer service!! We packed the truck ourselves both times, and nothing was seriously damaged, just a few typical moving scrapes here and there. This past move was to New York City, and they were great even though the streets were narrow and crowded. We will definitely be using them again.

  Cost effective and excellent Customer Service, Flexibility and commitment. Our move was flawless. I had to change my options a couple of times from trailer to relo cubes and it was just a phone call and everything was taken care within minutes. The delivery was as committed. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again.
