This review is for the PODS drivers. I recently ordered PODS for two locations (NM & TN) Amber in NM brought the pod to a remote location that is not easy to navigate and had a wonderful attitude throughout. She positioned the pod well for the movers. The other POD driver delivering to home in TN was also excellent (didn’t take down his name) I do want to caution about the PODS recommended movers Pack and Load (listed on their website under moving help as “most experienced”) I paid a bundle for a few hours of labor only to have them NOT use the ratchets I provided at the start of load. PODS is the best for a reason. This is the third or fourth time I've used them. I recently moved across town, and was able to pack and load at my pace. I was able to keep the PODS at the old house until I had everything out. Then it was moved to my new house and I had ample time to unload everything. They show up when they say they will, or if they don't they immediately update your delivery window. If you're not ready to have it picked up but you've already scheduled it, guess what? You can cancel at least 24 hours in advance! Once I delayed it four days in a row because I was running…

We are very happy with our Pods experience. They delivered and picked up when promised, and provided great communication about when they would arrive. The delivery staff were very careful with Pod placement, avoiding trees, etc. The administrative staff were wonderful as well. We changed dates multiple times, and added an emergency extra pod with very short notice. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating in both Florida and New Mexico. A shout out to our very last Pod driver Tapia! Thanks for talking great care of us!

They did an excellent job with my interstate move! The delivery drivers were especially skilled. The prices were moderately high, but that’s understandable given the long distance move. Overall, the communication was fairly consistent, considering all the factors.

Absolute nightmare of an experience with PODS in Albuquerque. I used them for a long distance move from Boston, and my container was supposed to be delivered to my new house on June 12th. They did not drop it and claimed it couldn’t be placed on my empty, clean, straight, and almost perfectly flat driveway due to an obstruction. They did not ring my doorbell, knock on the door, leave a voicemail, or send a text message. They reported the “obstruction” and I received an email that it was rescheduled for a week later.
