Horrible experience. The lack of care when it came to packing our items to the level of unprofessionalism. I truly don’t understand how the behavior displayed is okay. It took them longer than it should have to pack my home mainly because the packers were constant on their phone texting and taking trips back and forth to the van they had, one of the workers was vaping inside my home. Absolute trash company. Air Force hired them to move my stuff across country almost 2 years ago still fighting. They rushed my 4 day pack into 2 days and completely forgot my backyard and attic. Didn't even pack half of my stuff. Then continued to transfer my belongings to another truck with another driver that spoke no english. Arrived a day early with this random guy and screamed in my face demanding to unload his truck without a moving crew. After unpacking there was a ton of stuff missing and very high value items completely destroyed. 4500 samsung fridge dented all up and much much more.…

Cissell did a fantastic job packing our household goods for our overseas move. We have had terrible experiences with other companies in the past with things being lost, stolen, or broken. Mike especially did a phenomenal job with carefully packing our things as well as taking inventory. We received every item with nothing broken. They actually ran out of crates for a few of our things, a brand new electric scooter was one, so they had to put it in the back of their truck and crate it later. Not a huge deal but the movers didn’t even give the courtesy of calling before arriving; they just showed up at my house. They were polite, though. This was a local move to transfer all of my stuff from my house into storage. The reason I’m taking the time to leave a bad review is because, upon unloading my stuff from the storage unit, my heart sank when I discovered what a horrible job they had done packing and taking care of my stuff.
