Not a good experience, kept going up on the rent and place was infested with mice. Had instances where my unit got locked on "accident" without being late on rent. And had to wait all day for them to come and fix it. For the same price as rent I just bought a shed that I own that serves the same purpose.

Very nice clean place. I have never had any issues with my storage unit being broken into or anything like that at all. It is very protected. I love how it is a little out and off of the road. The lady who answers the phone is very sweet and knowledgeable. It is a good price and my whole house fit in the medium one.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Move in and move out experiences were hassle free. Phyllis who helped me was amazing and professional. The North Prince location was great and seems brand new. High-tech gate entrance system allows digital code to be activated instantly for immediate access when you first rent your unit (even if nobody is at the office) Check this place out!

We finally had moved our belongings out of the unit we were renting for over a year. Never had any issues with customer service (very friendly) and feel that my unit was well secured. I’d definitely use them again in the future!

We have been renting at Self Storage for the past several years. When the new management came in, they made some much needed improvements. They paved the entire area, gated the entrance which has an entry code, and they painted all the units. They are easy to get a hold of and extremely nice! They’ve done a great job! Thanks!!
