Employee service is the worst. 2 different occasions same terrible attitude. But locking the door early, so you don’t have to process a return is wrong. First photo date stamped with time I arrived. Walk around to front. Locked. Can see them. No response. Go to back door no response. Go through the return process on line process and watch them leave at 5:04 so they could clock out after 5. Bad customer service. Employees don’t care. Instructions say to take keys to front of building for drop box. No drop box.

Tristan is seriously knowledgeable and thinks of solutions to problems which probably wouldn't occur to us "regular" people!🤩 AND his help didn't cost a dime, even though we offered!🤩my wife says, he was courteous and polite...🙂

Waited in the lobby for over 8 minutes cus the employee had no intention of helping us. We had to shout that we needed help. Nothing was explained to us we were only told after we gave back the U-Haul that we needed to take pictures. We used only 6/7 miles and it was 56$. We had the U-Haul less than 12 hours.

This is usually the place I choose whenever I need to move my stuff from my house to another house in a hurry and I don't want to do it in two or three loads. Plus you can if they have them rent a pickup for like what $25.30 bucks a day. That's pretty awesome to me. I like that they're local and that the people there seem to be pretty knowledgeable in their stuff. The equipment is just normal U-Haul stuff it could have come from anywhere so you can't blame these people for what they got. It's what they inherited from wherever the hell it come from to here

If you’re at Cannon, don’t bother with Uhaul. I reserved two trucks for a move and “verified” but didn’t “confirm” on the same phone call. I understand things happen, but I was met with hostility. Initially the staff was looking up my reservation and I said, “I have my confirmation code if you want to use that” (to look up my reservation). His response was, “just let me do my job.” I think he knew they didn’t have my reservation and was instantly defensive about it. Long story short, no empathy for a same week RNLTD, and the owner came into the mix almost immediately with very little effort…
