The NM ABF is amazing, Albuquerque and Farmington. They redeemed my lost faith in abf after dealing with the horrible Houston tx office loosing one of my trailers. The found my lost trailer from a 1,000 miles away and brought it to me ASAP, even though I was told I wouldn’t get it for several days they brought it t same day it got in to Farmington. Excellent truck drivers that drop the trailer off, excellent dispatch.

The driver with ABF was much more polite than other freight companies. The delivery went very smooth. I was very pleased with the driver's attitude towards his job... as he was very professional and polite. My delivery arrived in good condition.

ABF is unbelievably awful. My gym, Lyft Station, ordered equipment and ABF was the freight company that won the bid. Unfortunately, the issue started the minute it hit the ABQ depot as we were told we would need a forklift in order to remove our items from the truck. We are a small mom and pop gym and do not have a forklift. The dispatcher decided to take apart our pallets from 2 to 3 which is what was delivered. The problem became evident as we are still missing our 5lb to 100lb dumbbells because they took the pallets apart and lost our equipment. The lost equipment ended up in New York and i…
