The entire Upack experience was great. Reserving the truck was easy. The drivers at both pick up and drop off were very nice. I received updates on where everything was during the process. If I need to move again, I'll definitely use Upack.

This worked out amazingly. I'll use them again, I just wish they had same day pick up for convienece but they are a freight company after all. I moved 1200 miles and only a few things were damaged and that was purely do to how MY movers packed it. Definitely recommend. My only tips are: if moving to a apartment complex or the like, make sure you can park the truck there (for up to 3 days) and there is an option to unload at the docking center IF your location offers that. Read the fine print but no complaints here.

Cannot say enough to make anyone believe this: the cost was less than driving a truck, the way the drivers were beyond competent and just rad people on both sides (pick up and drop off) just made this SO much easier. I moved from CO to SC and not ONE complaint. I would do a commercial for these folks- they came to a remote ski town, they knew what they were doing, parked a 28ft trailer in a TINY space like a BOSS, gave me advice on moving and packing - THEN they had my things ready to drop off days ahead of schedule, and it would have been totally cool to wait - it worked out for me, but there…

U-Pack is the way to go for moving. The trailer was dropped off, transported, and arrived at my new house safely and on time.

This must be a well managed company because Everyone we worked with was kind and polite, and competent. Phone staff reassuring,, drivers helpfu. All the information was timely and correct.. Truck arrived empty, and transported on time as promised. My only comment would be to ask the driver to remove the bulkhead wall for you when they drop off your load.
