The manager was so friendly an kind . She even showed me some units before I made my purchase. My past experiences with storage places was awful so I was dreading going in . But she made me feel right at home . Again thank you so much

The office lady was really helpful when I first rented out the storage unit. She helped me with the locks. She also called and reminded me when I was past due and was always so sweet about it. Unlike other places who are just after money. If I had to get a storage unit again. I would rent with ZIA
