Called to see if they were open and if they had propane, was told yes. Load up my tanks and drive into town just be told no. Not the first time it’s happened. That’s the last time I try to get propane from them. I think the workers just don’t want to go outside to fill the tanks. If that’s the case quit advertising that you sell propane.

Terrible service from those who fill the propane tanks. My tank is 12 gallons, and they only put in 6.5 because they didn't know how to do it correctly. Besides providing terrible service, if they don't want to work, they should just stay home.

Picked up a truck with my grandson. There was confusion between the online reservations and the Hobbs office. It appeared online reservation folks failed to enter agreements they made at the time reservation was made The Hobbs folks a young man and blonde lady were very helpful and reassuring they would make things right And they did we Appreciate folks who care about their company and their customers Rick and Cooper Rickman

Horrible service !! Employees in a bad mood not my fault you don’t like your job , went to get gas propane refilled they guy that refilled my tanks was so rude I had asked him two questions I think his mouth hurt cause he didn’t answer me back he literally ignored me then when I paid he asked me if I needed my receipt sent thru text or print I I told him him how ever it works he made an annoying face , I told him thru text and never received my receipt thru text , how can U-Haul hired people like that I don’t know his name but he was wearing a wrangler hat … his was not just being rude to me b…

Would give 0 if possible. Went to get our propane refilled. After ringing the bell 5 times with 3 people sitting behind the desks mind you, they finally answered the door. I stated what I needed and they said go outside and wait and someone would be out shortly. Just that rudely like i was interruptingtheir busy day... 2 other cars there.. Well i waited.
