Driver here. Office staff was very vigilant - identifying tire damage to several tires and attempting to have it repaired before I arrived. Not their job, but they went above and beyond. Ultimately I had to have them fixed, but they made sure I was well aware of the issues to save me any headaches down the road. Point being, if this is how they look after a 3rd party company that isn't affiliated with them... I would imagine they would do the same or better for their customers. This may very well earn them future business from me if I'm ever in need of their service.

Our move with this company ended up with many, many broken and destroyed items. Our dining table ended up with a leg that was completely snapped off. We were actually told that the leg broke off when the movers “shoved” the table down the length of the van rather than picking it up and carrying it. Our outdoor fountain had the tall part broken off at the concrete base. A solid stone angel statue had one wing broken off. A storyteller statue had two of the children broken off. Arrived early, helpful and worked fast. They managed to finish early, figured out how to get things upstairs. I will use them again if I ever move. They were excellent.

Broke our bed frame, got gasoline on our mattress and stole a bunch of old game system and refuses to do anything about it
