Do Not USE!! Las Cruces freight terminal has no supervisory staff. Drivers come in and load up, then no one in the terminal until they return at the end of the day. No way to reach anyone there. Have to call HQ in Colorado, who seem competent. They will eventually talk to a supervisor for New Mexico, who will eventually text drivers about need to expedite delivery. It took over 3 weeks to get a mattress delivered the final 120 miles, that they picked up in El Paso from another transport company. The driver had no GPS, had a Cricket phone with no reception in rural areas, wasn't familiar…

This carrier was chosen by an online farm equipment site. I ordered about $7,000.00 of greenhouse materials. This carrier damaged my original door, AND the SECOND replacement door, and now can not find the 3rd replacement door. I have waited over 3 months to receive it, with NUMEROUS calls. Their receptionist, Yoli, is nice enough, but she always makes promises she never delivers on. This is my very last attempt to get them to do the job their were contracted to do nicely. The next step is a small claims lawsuit. I have attempted to rectify this with their Albuquerque location, but they…

Company called me twice to reschedule delivery. When day of delivery arrived, they only arrived with HALF of the delivery. They found the 2nd half of the delivery in their warehouse and promised to deliver in 2 days. Two days pass and when I didn't get a delivery, I called. They responded with the excuse that they didn't know what happened but it didn't make it on the truck for delivery. Now I wait another 2 days to see if they actually make it on the truck. It will be a 7 day delivery if they manage to get it here by the next Friday. Poor management!

Long story short... RAC transport has not shown three times, RAC Transport is not concerned about your time nor your money. No call, no show. Have missed work three days so far. This item was a Christmas gift and do not foresee it being here before then. Hopefully they'll be here on the fourth try. I do not recommend RAC transport

Do not use this company. The claimed they made an effort to drop off when I've been here all day, took the day off of work just to recive now trying to reschedule. Straight up lying no other tracks in my driveway but my own.
