HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! (With proof attached) Absolutely terrible experience. It took 25 days to deliver my items. This company lost my baby’s crib and my brand new Tineco vacuum, and damaged both my TV and TV stand during our move. What’s even worse is the way they’ve handled the claim process afterward. Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines moved items for me from Sierra Vista, AZ to Mission Viejo,, CA in May 2026. The crew who loaded my items for transport showed up on time. They were courteous and professional, and they took great care loading my items. They added special packing materials to protect a cherished antique armoire. Items arrived in good condition. One item was missing from my delivery, but the company located the item in the warehouse and shipped it to me the folowing week. Overall,.I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this company.

A Nightmare Experience with Ready Set Go Moving Company If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My move from El Paso to Houston with Ready Set Go Moving Company was nothing short of a nightmare. Settlement & Accountability: It took them 18 months to pay out a settlement for damages—yet they demanded I provide everything they needed within 90 days or else I would be in violation. Their paperwork even stated they would pay settlements in 90 days. The hypocrisy and lack of accountability were astounding. Michael and Mario were fantastic! Super efficient and a pleasure to work with. Despite heavy furniture, stairs, and slow elevators, they worked nonstop for six hours with great attitudes and humor. They made a tough day feel easy.

I had my items delivered on August 2nd, and I was missing two bookshelves and a 50-inch Samsung TV. I submitted the claim form at the end of August, and they confirmed they received it. Since then, I have followed up repeatedly by email and text with no real response.
