Everything went smoothly. Alex was the U-haul person that assisted with my rental. He was patient and willing to help me with getting a van for rental for 1, possibly two days, of which I did. Alex has a great spirit and makes the rental process very easy. I saw him upon returning the vehicle on second day as well, and was very helpful returning and inspecting vehicle. Alex made me feel like the most important person while booking the reservation and returning vehicle as well.

Had reserved a 10 ft truck w appliance dolly. Uhaul called to tell me that the 10 ft truck doesn't have a loading ramp. Truck was great and fit everything we needed to move. Very grateful, thank you!

Please make sure you actually check the fuel level before leaving the lot. Mine was only half full, took a picture. When I returned it I made sure tank was full so they wouldn’t give me crap. Showed them the date and time stamped picture of the tank when I got the truck. Said there was nothing they could do and to call their general manager JD Reardon. So I did call him. 1st off the guy is rude. 2nd he took my info and said he’d get back to me. Do you think he ever did? I’ll never use this store again. Shame too as I’ve spent well over 3k with U-Haul in the last yr. No joke, between moving sup…
