Andy was great to deal with while he installed a trailer hitch on my truck. He was left alone in the shop and managed to deliver great customer service to not only me but other customers while I waited. He is a true gem and I would always recommend this location for his personality and willingness to help. The installation of the hitch was professional and tidy and Andy even allowed me to oversee the process to ensure he was taking care of my brand new truck. This man deserves accolades and a raise. Over $2,000 In Damages to my Brand New Truck I brought my brand new Hyundai Santa Cruz in for a trailer hitch and wiring. Because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, I went into the store a week before the scheduled install date and talked to the installer, reviewing the wiring and connector I needed. I guess I should have been forewarned when he began searching on YouTube to find installation videos for my vehicle. U-Haul's website showed that they had installed hitches and wiring on this model truck prior. I got a call about 4pm, the day of the install. I was told that my hitch…

These guys are absolutely incredible. We're getting ready to move, and they have made everything so easy and painless, from U-Box reservations to trailer hitch installation and trailer rentals. I can't possibly recommend them enough!
