I have been waiting for a package since January 23. I understand that they were not able to deliver over the weekend because of the weather, however there is not excuse now, but they're still using it. Everyone in town is driving around. UPS and USPS have been delivering since Monday (Jan 26), but not FedEx. They talk nice on the phone, but that's it. Going to tell shipper to never use FedEx again. Very sad that this company charges so much, but does not value their customers enough to deliver in a timely manner.

Never use this service. Someone could have walked the package to my house quicker. It you have stock in Fedex you would be wise to sell it, they can't last much longer if they don't improve. They lie on the tracking and if there is a raindrop they call is dangerous weather and don't deliver. Use the USPS or UPS but froget they losers.

I will pay extra for USPS or UPS in the future so I never have to use this terrible company again

Grossly incompetent drivers. There are always issues with deliveries, from lost packages to delivering in a place packages will get rained on, even though I have a covered deck. This FedEx contractor doesn't care and needs to fold asap. Oh, if the mountain areas get so much as 2" of snow, don't expect deliveries for a week. They claim hazardous conditions, though conditions have been well above freezing and all roads are passable. Update: Today driver Saul marked my packages undeliverable due to extreme weather. It's 73° and sunny. 2 weeks ago he placed more packages in front of my garage whi…

Went by front door and noticed FedEx ground truck was there, but the driver is walking back into his truck. I opened the door to get his attention to stop, but he drove off. Noticed there was a door tag on the door - he never even tried to deliver our package. The door tag was not filled out and when I tried calling Customer Service about it, it was not in the system yet. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, this is for a business address. I guess they deliver when they feel like it - hope the sender did not pay for fast service!
