We have had the best experience ever at this particular U-Haul the manager took such good care of us! We had an unexpected breakdown on our way home during spring break and he found us a way to tow our truck home to Clovis New Mexico and he even picked us up and helped load our truck! Me and the wife are disabled so this was a huge bonus! If you are in Roswell and need a U-Haul this is definitely the place to be!!!!!!

I made a reservation a month ago for a 26-foot truck, and I also needed a transport for my car—an SUV. When I went to pick up the truck, I told them I would come back later for the car transport; but what happened? They gave me a dolly for the car instead. It was a very bad experience, as I was assisted by a woman who completely changed my reservation. I do not recommend this U-Haul location at all; now I have to drive much more slowly because a dollie is simply not the same thing as a car tranportation..now my sub is broken thanks UHAUL..

Going on our 3rd location, uhauls google locations are terrible and they dont point, it's just crazy that their locations in Roswell don't even actually point to where you're supposed to be going it's insane

Ernie and the staff have been absolute lifesavers over the past 4 years while my son has been at NMMI! They were always so kind and communicated with us which was so important with us living out of state. Even during the flood last year they took great care in cleaning and moving my son’s items. Can’t say enough good things about Ernie and the staff at this location!0

Both times we've used your service it was easy and affordable. Ashlee H helped us this time and was awesome. She provided great customer service and went above and beyond which made such a difference after a stressful move.
