I have used Johnson Storage and Moving several times over the past months. Each time they did a great job—from the first meeting with the salesperson (Mike Gehrke), through each of the move crews (covering Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Denver) everything went smoothly. I had done all the packing—there was no damage to any of the furniture and the crews protected the floors and walls. A special thanks to Lorrie Alvarado, the move coordinator who kept all the details straight on a multi-part move.

We had a great experience with Johnson Storage and Moving. We moved out of state and their team was professional and prompt. Not one item was broken. I initially thought we would need storage so I liked the fact they were affiliated with a national moving company and had access to out of state storage facilities. The whole move went like clockwork.

The Front End of our move from Santa Fe, NM into Storage for 6 months went very smoothly. Both the office staff coordinating our move and the contractors hired to pack and inventory our personal and business belongings were professional, careful and thorough. We give them all 5 stars. However, when it was time to deliver our goods out of storage to our permanent address, things took a turn for the worse. NEVER EVER EVER let the moving company "Split your Load." AND NEVER Pay the full amount until all the goods have arrived! We were not notified that…

Johnson Moving and Storage came through clutch for us here at Olde World Movers. We had a move from Fort Worth Texas to Santa Fe New Mexico and our helpers had a medical emergency but Johnson sent out Gab and Jason and these 2 men saved the day. We highly recommend Johnson Moving and Storage.

TLDR; They lost all my kitchenware and denied my claim During my move to Santa Fe, about 1/3 of the boxes delivered didn’t have the tracking stickers on them and the rest had very unclear 1-word descriptions like “Kitchen” and “Entertainment”. The deliverers who were contracted got screwed over because Johnson scheduled for them to do another delivery, after mine, in a city over an hour away that they had just came from. My delivery didn’t finish until close to 6pm, so to be nice I didn’t force them to spend hours opening every box and verifying the contents. After unpacking and and when I ne…
