Mark, Dave and Nate did a fantastic job moving my belongings today!! From the first phone call, the estimate, the coordination and the communication… all 5 Star! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The move was disorganized and much slower than expected for local, with delays caused by the crew followed by attempts to charge us for additional time. Boxes were often placed in the wrong rooms despite labels, items were stacked carelessly, furniture was left disassembled with missing hardware, and several items we specifically asked be moved were left behind even after we were told everything had been double-checked.
