They were understanding, flexible, efficient, and truly cared about our install being as successful and stress free as possible.   Fantastic experience using Morris Moving & Storage. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will use them next time I relocate. I was nervous about moving and Jaccob - an exceptionally hands-on owner - did a great job answering my questions patiently.   From my first conversation with Jacob Morris, where he took the time to explain exactly how the Morris Moving process would work, I knew that we were in good hands. His estimate, informed by my conducting a smartphone video tour of our apartment, turned out to be amazingly accurate.   My family has used Morris Movers for over 50 years. I think they have moved everyone in our family. From N.Y. To Fla. a few times plus L.I., Scarsdale. We had a major flood in our N.Y. Apartment and had to move out for 6 months.Jacob’s staff packed our entire home and put it in storage. The employees were tidy, neat and very polite-very professional. It was a double move since many items had to go to our weekend home. They delivered and unpacked everything in 3 days. Any problems were immediately dealt with.
