Herman was very friendly, engaging, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help us select the right storage unit for our needs and made sure we understood all of our options. Herman provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, patient, and made the entire storage unit process very easy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything clearly. It’s not always easy to find great customer service, but Herman went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Herman was professional and understanding from day one when I came to see the units before renting. He’s very helpful and treats you like family. Then I met Rose and let me say, them two together are the perfect team and anyone would be lucky to have them as employees representing their brand. My only gripe is the lack of carts when it gets slightly busy. They definitely need more than 9. Overall, I’m glad I chose Snapbox over the other storage facilities. If you’re in the market for affordable storage and good customer service, I highly recommend Snapbox. Just get more carts/dollies. Lol
