I would highly recommend coming here. I had the pleasure of Liz to assist me today. She walked me through the entire process. I was hesitant on getting a unit to storage but her help & pleasant attitude definitely secured a customer for life!

The service was impeccable from the start. As soon as I made the reservation online, I received a call from Liz, who was phenomenal from the beginning to my partner and me signing the lease. Everybody who needs extra storage space needs to rent here! CubeSmart has 3 buildings at the New Rochelle location, and they are stunning and very clean!

I had a great experience renting my storage unit at CubeSmart thanks to Liz and Rob. They were both extremely informative, friendly, and helpful, and they made the entire process quick and easy from start to finish. If I could give 0 stars I would. Cubesmart arbitrarily hikes rates by a couple hundred dollars with no notice. Charge % based late fees totaling several hundreds, Ive paid upto 300 in a late fees for a “failed” auto pay, which also adds a percantage based charge (off what your unit costs )in online payment “convenience fees” meaning an extra 50 just to pay online or the other option is go into a store to pay that are only open 930-5. My unit has broken lights and a gate that does not open and has not for months. The first floor floods and in the summer is swarmed by lantern bugs. My unit also…
