The back service entrance is a dump, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Trash is everywhere. Management wants to increase prices but won’t have employees clean or properly maintain the premises. Highest storage prices in the area, avoid.

The customer service and friendliness here is most definitely top notch. I rented a van for 24 hours but didn’t need it as long as I thought. The process was flawless from beginning to end. We even had a funny conversation about signatures. I highly recommend this U-Haul center for your rental needs. I will return when the time comes. Thanks again.

I was serviced with care from Chris, a well knowledgeable young man whose care to make me feel comfortable. Seemed more important than making the sale. The spacious store, had everything under 1 roof. For many different type of moving needs, to meet anyone's situation. I rushed from a job, even after being three hours late. My truck still there, Chris waiting with a 😃 smile. Seemed to put everything in perspective to fit my needs. I felt good here. You should know that, in a world 🌎 like today. I had an appointment at 8 AM, but it took about 25 minutes just to get my truck. They only had one main person handling everything, which made the process slower than expected. The truck itself was fine once I finally got it, but they definitely need more staff in the morning to speed things up.

The gentleman who helped me at the counter was very helpful and accommodating to all my needs. This was the 2nd day i came back and needed help and both days he was super friendly and helpful. He made the process very smoothly.
