Absolutely Wonderful!! I’m so grateful I was recommended to Nick. Roman, Salem and Vlad were so kind, helpful, STRONG, efficient and made me feel very taken care of. I will write again after the move is completed to another state. Also Milos and Nick were more than understanding and personally available to help arrange this stressful move. I had an excellent experience with Big Apple moving in NYC The team, Ivan, Erick, and Dima, were absolutely professional, efficient, and respectful from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly but very carefully, and handled all of my furniture and belongings as if it were their own. Everything was wrapped properly, nothing was damaged, and they stayed focused and positive the entire time, even with a challenging move. What really stood out was their attitude and teamwork. Only 2 guys showed up to move a couch that was 270 lbs. I expected 4 guys. No one told me they wotld be extremely good looking and charming . I wasn’t ready for all that! They took the couch to the roof since it didn’t fit through the apartment and with ease, got it in through the balcony . They did the entire job in under hour! I was very impressed from the first phone call to the finish of the. Job! The prices were much cheaper than the competitors!!! Awesome company!!! So impressed by their work ethic, prices, speed and how hot they were!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Ivan Team and Big Apple Moving! Ivan and his guys were so so wonderful. I have horrible depth perception/concept of space, so I messed up on my investors for the estimate they gave me. They helped move twice as many boxes as originally anticipated, handled my furniture with care, went above and beyond to get my artwork, tv, and glass goods to my new place safely and efficiently, and overall made moving day so so quick and easy. This was, far and away, the best experience I’ve had with a mover. On an ultra hot day, they packed up my storage unit so quickly, took perfect care of the fragile items, and placed everything exactly where I wanted in my new home. Very friendly, very professional, and as high a quality as you could ask for. Very glad they were recommended to me!
