If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rochester moving and storage has provided me with the easiest moving experience i have had in a very long time. They were willing to move me when it was below freezing, in the snow. The owner, Dave, was very understanding when I asked a million questions. And I cannot praise Dave's team enough; these guys are solid. I was fully prepared to help them, but they had a crew of 6 (very friendly, professional, and sweet) young men come out. They did not protect my furniture, many scratches, chips and paint transfers. A brand new bed was nicked and scratched. Broken railing on another bed. At my new house, they scratched and gouged wood floors. When I complained, I was harassed by several phone calls. Dave refused to cover the full cost of repairs. In addition, Dave insisted on CASH payment. I will be reporting this.

We moved from Greece NY to Webster NY in March. Dave and his crew were on time, friendly, courteous, and hard working! They had 6 men and 2 trucks! They finished in 4 hours and under the estimate Dave gave us! We were very pleased! We recommended them to our family!

We moved about a month ago across town and couldn't be more pleased with the guys. One guy didn't show up that was expected to be there, but they didn't miss a beat and the cost was reduced due to 1 less guy. They were efficient, friendly and worked great as a team. Tim was very organized in the packing and Dave showed up to make sure things were going smoothly, and they were. We have a heavy king size bed and they moved it carefully like it was nothing. I had a wonderful move!. Seven men came and Dave the owner. Tim was clearly in charge, and they were so kind, neat and polite, and work together It was a very efficient move. My two bedroom apartment was loaded on to the truck in one hour flat. They wrapped my furniture in plastic and werevery careful with the antique furniture. “Many hands make light work“, And this is so true! I highly recommend Rochester Moving and Storage!
