I am very grateful to your company for the service you provide and I don't know of any other in Rochester that packs art. I work with an online gallery that arranged the shipping so I only need your crating services. I was a bit disappointed in this last experience. I must start by saying that the people who work for you are lovely and polite and a pleasure to work with but I wasn't happy with the materials used. Our move using Sheridan Brothers Moving was seamless! The team was professional, friendly and flexible. Our steep driveway prevented the truck to be backed in. The guys needed to bring items up to the road to load up. The office staff was very accommodating with my multiple calls adding and deleting items to the moving list. I hired Sheridan Brothers Moving because they provided perfect service during my last move a few years ago. I was looking forward to the same level of quality, but this experience was the complete opposite. Despite giving them every opportunity to make things right after the move, management has ghosted me. Here is why you should look elsewhere: At least one crew member was found smoking pot during the move, it was a very noticeable odor and he at one point had a blunt in his mouth while carrying our stuff to the truck. When another party cancelled, Sheridan Brothers stepped in on basically a moment's notice to move an incredibly heavy, 8', solid oak bookcase for me. The whole move lasted less than two hours, they had a great crew, and were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended!

The Sheridan Brothers moving team was efficient, hard working, respectful, and best of all they delivered 100% of the items we sent to them over a 6 month period on day 1 of the installation.
